I told ***** that I wasn't paying another car because I have been telling them since 2 weeks after I bought the truck something was wrong with it. I Finance had a tow truck to come and pick up the truck and take it to one of their shops. I called and told I finance what happened and that my car wouldn't start or nothing like it was completely dead. Now November 11,2022 my car completely stops working while I was driving, and I was stranded until about 2 am and had to pay $200 for a tow due to it being late night and a holiday. they gave me the run around and said I had to talk to a lady name ***** and every time I call top get an update, they claimed they emailed her, and she hasn't replied back, or she was busy and couldn't be reached. I notified I finance and told them that I've had to put my truck in the shop twice and have had the truck for 30 days and that I wanted to either get my money back or get put into another car or truck. ******** keep my car for 5 days and told me it was ready to be picked up. I notified I finance again, and they told me to take it to ******* auto shop in olive branch. They kept the car for 4 days and when i got it back a week later it was doing the same thing. I called I finance and notified them, and they sent a tow truck to pick it up. The car wouldn't crank up the next day it went into battery save mode. 2 weeks after I bought the truck the check engine light kept coming on and off, so I took it to auto zone and had it put on the computer and the code read it was the crank shaft sensor. I bought a truck from I finance around September 15th 2022.I put $1700 down on a 2011 Dodge Journey with like ****** miles on in.
